It's always 5 o'clock Somewhere!
Mineola, Texas
Historical Main Street City
In the heart of the Piney Woods of East Texas

Back-In Spaces (Nester's Park):  our secluded RV
Neighborhood which consists of approx. 4 lightly wooded acres
and 28 back-in spaces.  ALL level  spaces which include septic,
    water and 50/30/20 amp connections.

Most spaces are long enough for a 36'+ RV or Motorhome, with
space for 1 vehicle.  Extra parking for vehicles and/or boats is
available throughout the 40' x 400' common area.  All RV spaces
have a minimum of 25' between pads for private lawns and most
have additional space behind the RV for personal use (some
appropriate for optional personal gardens - just ask!)

The Nester's Park is designed with the long-term resident in
    mind and includes:
  • The Furry Bird Park (Pet Park)
  • The Roost (new club house with social/meeting area,
laundry room, ADA restroom + huge walk in shower)
  • The Warming Perch (10' burn ring / social area)

Pull Thru Spaces (Hummingbird Park):  Approx 1 acre with 6
level pull thru spaces, all with septic, water and 50/30/20 amp
connections.  Spaces are long enough for RV or Motorhome and
can usually accommodate 2 vehicles (1 at each end) and have
approx 25' lawn between each pad for relaxing and shade.

Popular with fishermen (whose wives shop and dine while they
fish), the Hummingbird Park has extra space available for parking
boats and trailers.  The Hummingbird Park includes 4 huge pecan
trees under which folks can relax in the hammock or bench swing.
    (Free pecans in season!)

Designed with the short-term guest in mind, this part of
Somewhere has the convenience of quick in-out access to US 80
    and:
  • The Bird Bath (ADA restroom, shower & laundry)
  • Flight Training (fitness center)
  • Championship / Regulation Horse shoes
  • Huge Pecan Trees + Hammock + Bench Swing
