Our MISSION:  Provide extra-friendly and above and beyond service in a
    convenient beautiful location for local RV'rs, traveling folks, long term residents,
    seasonal visitors and Winter Texans.  

    Our GOAL is to become life long friends with the folks who stay with us and for
    them to love staying with us so much that they come back again and again ... or,
    better yet, decide to stay with us for a lifetime!

    We are Don (69) and Jan (60) Nicholas, people and pet-friendly owners and
    builders of Somewhere RV Park.   Below you'll find a bit of history about
    Somewhere & photos too!

    In late 2006, we purchased the 5 acre property which consisted of two
    dilapidated buildings, a steel shop and extremely overgrown, undeveloped
    land.  Don designed the 34 space park and we began the mind-boggling process
    of building the park from scratch including  installing underground water,
    electric and a septic system roads and pads. In addition to renovating the
    old building structures, we also renovated the steel building into an
    apartment and office so we could live on-site with our residents.  

    As you look through this website you'll see the many improvements we have
    already made.  We still work from dawn to dusk improving the park and
    landscape and doing general maintenance and cleaning and improvements but
    we love the work and the people so much, it is well worth the tiredness at
    the end of the day!  

    Our dream is coming true and each month we are pleased to add another one
    or two long term guests and we get to meet many wonderful folks just
    passing through.   Folks tell us that the park is great but that they also
    stay (or come back) because of our friendliness and accommodating ways -
    why don't you give us try too?
