WRITTEN DIRECTIONS -- (Watch for Blue Roof Buildings)  -
Best Pull Thru Entry:  ENTER AT ENTER SIGN - Blue Roof Bldg with US & Texas Flag (closest to overpass bridge)
NOTE:  Most GPS systems advise a U-Turn -- THIS IS NOT NECESSARY.

  • From Downtown Mineola (Traffic light Intersection of US 69 [Pacific St.] and US Hwy 80 [Broad St.]  
    Go EAST on US Hwy 80 approx 1.5 miles.  Go UNDER the overpass bridge (Loop 564) and immediately pull LEFT into extra wide turn lane where you will
    turn LEFT into the park at the building closest to the overpass bridge.  Building has an ENTER sign and US & Texas Flags.   

  • From I-20 and US 69 (going North) using LOOP 564:  
    Go NORTH on US 69 approx 16 miles. Exit to RIGHT on LOOP (FM 564) and continue approx. 3 miles, crossing bridge over US 80.  Turn LEFT at
    blinking light & continue short half circle back to US 80.  At US 80, TURN LEFT and immediately pull LEFT into extra wide turn lane where you will turn LEFT
    into the park at the building closest to the overpass bridge.  Building has an ENTER sign and US & Texas Flags.   

  • From US 69 (going South) using Mineola's LOOP 564 just Northwest of town:
    Going South on US 69, at 1st traffic light near Mineola,  turn LEFT (East) onto LOOP 564.  Proceed 3.3 miles to U.S. Highway 80 exit (blinking light) where
    you will make small loop to left to reach US 80. At US 80, TURN LEFT and immediately pull LEFT into extra wide turn lane where you will turn LEFT into the
    park at the building closest to the overpass bridge.  Building has an ENTER sign and US & Texas Flags.   

  • Traveling on scenic historical US 80?
     
  • From EAST of Mineola:  Approx. 2 miles from Mineola, you will see an overpass bridge.  Get in right lane and slow down.  IMMEDIATELY
    BEFORE the overpass you will turn into Somewhere on your right.  (see directions and pictures above)

  • From WEST of Mineola:  Approx. 1.5 miles East of downtown you will approach overpass (marked as FM 564). Pull into extra wide turn lane and
    IMMEDIATELY PAST overpass, turn left into the park.  (see directions and pictures above)
